Days and Times of Social Tennis:

Sunday Morning Social – 09h00 onwards – visitors (R50)
Jo, David, Felix or Geoff will always ensure that you get some good tennis for the morning, whether it is doubles, mixed doubles or singles.

Saturday Afternoon Social – 14h00 onwards – visitors (R50)
The member on duty will always ensure you get some good tennis in the afternoon. We are always pleased to host new members and visitors. Do not let doubt about your strength hold you back. If you are not up to scratch we will inform you and introduce you to our resident coach to bring you to the right level as quickly as possible.

Thursday Tennis Training Evening – 18h00 onwards – 12 Floodlit Courts – visitors (R50)
Valentino or his nominee will ensure you get some good night tennis, whether it be doubles, mixed doubles or singles.

12 all-weather courts, all floodlit

Tennis section Levies payable, in addition to main club membership, currently are –
Senior Tennis R400 per year
Junior Tennis R200 per year

Coaching:wanderers tennis

The Wanderers Tennis Academy comprises seven coaches who provide coaching for all class of players ranging from the beginner at any age to the professional squad.

Once off fees for non-tennis members or guests:

Priority of tennis court usage will always be given to members over non-members. Where courts are available the following fees are applicable.

Non-club member/s playing with non-club member/s – per session (2 hours) – R70 per player
Non-club member/s playing with a tennis member as his/her visitor/s – R50 per visitor
Club member/s who are not tennis section members – R20 per player

These fees should preferably be paid at the club’s main reception and a receipt obtained, which must be kept with you on the court while playing. Alternatively, you will be questioned on the court where payment will need to be made if you do not have a receipt.
