The Wanderers Club has over 16 sporting codes with leading sporting faculties, following on our rich heritage and tradition. Our sports offerings range from cricket, basketball, rugby, hockey and now Padel. We are proud to host some of South Africa’s top sporting talent at our facilities and sports grounds in Illovo, Johannesburg. Our facilities include amongst others two beautiful cricket ovals, which also service our athletic sections with a four-lane, 400m track on our upper oval and a two-lane track on the bottom oval. Our Badminton hall houses three courts which also services our gymnastic section. We have two Basketball courts, six padel courts, ten Tennis courts, seven standard Squash courts and one international glass squash court. A 350sqm Karate Dojo and a Snooker room with ten tables, and one competition table which is used for international competitions. We also have four world class bowling greens and two Rugby fields and one recently upgraded floodlit Hockey Astro.
