A four week outdoor fitness programme for women with a focus on Cardio, HIIT, Strength training and Core Conditioning. Ideal for fat loss, muscle tone, building core strength and cardio fitness. This is an excellent cross training programme to combine with other cardio endurance activities. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration

HIIT & RUN FOR WOMEN
A four week outdoor fitness programme combining HIIT & strength training with a large focus on running fitness. A metabolic boosting sweat sesh ideal for improving running fitness & pace, fat loss, building core strength & muscular endurance. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration & include longer distance running, hill training, sprint intervals and track days
